Role: Business Analyst(P&C) Location: Los Angeles, CA *Mandatory Skills:* · At least 12+ years of P&C experience with comprehensive knowledge of P&C Personal Lines Policy Systems. · Experience in leadership roles preferably managing a team of BAs or BSAs. Previous IT consulting experience is a plus · Must be able to manage stakeholder expectations in a cross functional, multi-vendor, matrixed IT organization · Expected to lead a team of BAs in addition to working on individual assignments · Work with senior management and be responsible for defining strategic solution · Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. · Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs · Must be expert in use cases; knowledge of wireframes preferred · Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans · Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
