*Job Description:*
· We are in the need of a person who can examine our implementation
of Microsoft's ERP/CRM solutions as part of our Water Utility Project
Evolution.
· This person must have experience with many implementations of ERP
and/or CRM and multiple experiences specifically with the Microsoft
solution.
· This person will be assigned for the life of the project [12-18
months] and will be responsible for providing unbiased feedback on how the
project is moving along and make recommendations for actions to be taken to
correct the project when it is off-track.
· This is not a project manager or program manager role [although
the candidates may have experience as that]. It is also not a testing
position.
· Candidates need to be well-versed in the technology, methodology,
and be able to work at the executive level. Many times, I have seen this
role filled by folks who have semi-retired/retired from executive
positions.
· The person cannot be associate with a vendor who might compete
for consulting services already being provided for Project Evolution. Put
another way, they need to have no other agenda but to help us evaluate
Project Evolution on an on-going basis.
