*Job Title: Lead Build EngineerLocation: Lake Oswego, OR Duration: 1-2 Year
ContractDescription:*
Senior Build Engineer to support the delivery of properly configured and
deployed environments for all regional and national software
implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects for claims processing.
Multi-year opportunity on an exciting software deployment project.
*Responsibilities:*
Manage, and improve build and release processes
Provide support for application and environment configuration issues
Craft deployment pipelines, tools, and systems to support continuous
delivery.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations to development teams with
regard to systems and deployment issues.
*Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
7-10 plus years of experience in Java software development or
configuration management
2+ years of Lead/Management experience in a Build/Release role
2 plus years of using JMeter
Experience in 1 or more build technologies such as Jenkins, Hudson,
Clearcase, Maven, etc.
5+ years in a build, development tooling or release engineering role
Build forge experience
Experience with distributed build tools
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to work well with all levels of an organization
Self-starter, energetic, and motivated contributor
Ability to write maven project and create maven pom files for sub-projects
(which includes maven project for WebService, Spring Integration project,
EAR)
Able to write a maven assembly for deploying code in WebSphere WAS and WPS
server.
Experience integrating MAVEN pom file with Jenkins (or any integration tool)
Run test i.e. integrate maven test with integration tool such as Jenkins.
Able provide a solution to deploy the ear to the application server using a
web UI based tool.
Knowledge of WebSphere Application server will be an advantage.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
Healthcare Information’s Systems experience
Epic, Tapestry or Claims experience
Informatica or other ETL tool
