$40/hr on C2CPosition Details: *
Data centric position requires an in depth understanding of business
requirements gathering, data / business proves design, and master data
management. Candidate will ensure guest master data management policies and
procedures and data quality rules are maintained and complied to within
standard business process and new development projects. Candidate will also
gather data requirements for new and emerging business opportunities
supported by guest data.
Key Responsibilities include:
Identify business / data process and technology changes to improve data
quality and usability
Consult with TTS and project teams to provide input on preferred data
source. Provide business input on data model integration
Establish and document business rules to support the assessment of data
quality and master data management
Review and assess data issues and develop recommended solutions
Maintain business definitions for Globally governed business terms
Determine the impact of proposed changes to guest master data (including
both changes to technology and business process)
Collaborate and consult in root cause analysis, business impact assessment,
and remediation planning for correction of Data Quality issues.
*Additional Skills:*
Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management,
Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Data
Warehouse; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to
collaborate and drive change; Ability to work in a fast paced and ambiguous
environment.
Experience with IBM MDM Server, IBM Quality Stage, and/or IBM Information
Analyzer a plus
