*Position: Workforce Management Production SupportLocation: Pleasanton,

Provide production support of the Workforce Management application
including the following: o Provide user support on WFM issues and questions
o Identify and escalate issues as needed o Drive root cause analysis and
issue resolution of WFM production issues o Come up with processes to
manage common tasks Required skills: o Experience in workforce management
system o Good communication and client interaction skills o Experience in
production support o Strong in SQL o Exposure to and understanding of the
following technical areas: • .net frameworks • MS SQL server • XML •
ETL integration
Preferred skills: o RedPrairie experience
