Not developers)* *Location: Illinois* *Position 1* * 12 month - ETL * *Job Responsibilities and description *· Will work as ETL 3L support, Data Stage Upgrade and PRDBATCH/Abinitio phase 2 · Highly skilled in Abinitio and Data Stage administration · Manages projects to ensure that new and existing infrastructure, software, hardware and configurations are developed and deployed · Participates in the design, implementation, configuration, and support of solutions within the supported technologies, products, and services. · Monitors and proactively manages supported products and services to assure their performance, availability, security, and capacity. · Participates in the diagnosis, isolation, and resolution of problems with supported technologies, products, and services. Identifies and documents root cause. · Serves as a point of contact representing supported technologies, products and services to other IT groups. · Logs a problem with the vendor and technical support and engineering. · Experience communicating technical information both verbally (on phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to technical audiences (work group, team). *Position 2* *2) 6 months - Golden Gate and WeText * *Job Responsibilities and description* · Projects and activities include: Golden Gate IC+ project, Golden Gate upgrade and re-host, Golden Gate strategy/replacement, Wetext (texting tool) strategy, 3L Support · Experience with Oracle Golden Gate integration and replication tool, ETL technologies products and applications · Manages relationships and projects to ensure that new and existing infrastructure, software, hardware and configurations are developed and deployed · Participates in the design, implementation, configuration, and support of solutions within the supported technologies, products, and services as part of 3L support · Monitors and proactively manages supported products and services to assure their performance, availability, security, and capacity. · Participates in the diagnosis, isolation, and resolution of problems with supported technologies, products, and services.
