- IT analyst with professional experience implementing and
configuring Splunk enterprise architecture in addition to developing Splunk
searches, reports, apps and dashboards.
- Analyst should have prior Splunk experience with IT operational
data sets (e.g. application performance, server performance, system logs,
alerts, reference data).
- Strong communication, requirements gathering, Splunk technical,
and coordination skills required.

- Collect and document detailed business requirements interfacing
with IT business customers
- Configure automated data load process for each data source into
Splunk interfacing with IT support personnel
- Design app, reports, and dashboards for business use case
- Consult with business and IT support on Splunk application best
practices and functionality
- Document solution implemented for steady state support reference
- Transition support of solution to IT support team
