*Job Title : Sr .Net Developer with Heavy
SQL Exp*
*Location : Portland Oregon*
*Duration : **6+ months*
Senior .Net/SQL Developer/Analyst
As our Senior .Net/SQL Developer, you'll help design, create & deliver
business and reporting solutions, at the right time, for the right
processes and in the right way to enable optimal data capture & reporting
for Nike Sustainable Manufacturing & Sourcing allowing the business to make
informed sourcing decisions. You'll be involved in information flow design,
system configuration and our functional requirements documentation. You'll
be responsible for delivering data capture, database & reporting solutions
from a variety of data streams through a diverse set of data capture &
reporting vehicles. You'll also be responsible for providing design
standards; providing reporting and data mapping; creating context and
process diagrams; documenting data requirements, functional specifications
and business and system use cases; and working with a global user base to
document user operating instructions. In addition, you'll influence and
communicate with business partners on the vision of our data capture &
reporting systems at a strategic and tactical level and you'll train users
on the systems to allow them to be self-sufficient.
Requirements for the position include:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Engineering or other relevant subject area
· 2+ years' direct relevant work experience
· Additional 2 years' experience may be considered in lieu of a
degree
· Advanced to Expert technical expertise with ASP.Net & Visual
Studio
· Advanced to Expert technical expertise with T-SQL
· Advanced to Expert technical expertise creating User Interfaces
with ASP.Net
· Experience creating databases/data warehouse environments to meet
optimized data capture & data reporting requirements
· Ability to look at queries and stored procedures, build
functions, manipulate data, identify critical information, analyze, develop
hypotheses and make recommendations to meet the needs of various end users
· Ability to network and utilize internal and external resources
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Must have a strong ability to clearly articulate policies and
instructions
· Must be flexible, adaptable and resourceful and be comfortable
working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
· Must have the ability to travel up to 5%
Nice to Have’s:
· Experience creating custom reports and analyses from data
warehouse environments to meet cross-functional business requirements
· Experience with Reporting Services (SSRS)
· Advanced Excel skills
· Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer certification(s)
