*JD:*
*Essential Skills:*
- Proficiency with formal problem solving techniques
- Proven ability in coordinating multiple teams
- Experience with Change Control / Change Management methodologies
- Experience with a one or more formal Project Management methodologies
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
*Desirable Skills:*
- Experience working in multiple IT disciplines
- Training Certification in ITIL Service Management Essentials or higher
- Experience in managing an IT services team, and in managing IT service
suppliers.
- Degree in Information Science
- Certification in 6-Sigma or similar quality methodology
*Mandatory*
- Strong technical background with a high level of experience with
Oracle development.
- Review technical design documents for WMS, GOMS, SOMS.
- Understanding and experience in Project Management methodologies
- Familiar with version control management.
- Has experience writing both functional and technical design documents
- Should be able to assist in troubleshooting complex problems.
- Reviews test plan to mitigate risks and ensure that the system meets
the functional and performance requirement.
