Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
7Experience designing, implementing, managing, and operating support of
Network Infrastructure.
7Working experience in the data networking industry.
7Experience with firewalls, network security, and/or Application Delivery
Switches.
7Extensive knowledge of MPLS and EIGRP Routing.
5Experience performing highly complex network engineering work.
5Extensive knowledge and experience troubleshooting Layer-2/3 protocols for
example, VLANs, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, ISIS, IPv4/6, ARP, RIP, NAT, and Layer-4
protocols (TCP, UDP).
5Thorough understanding of application protocols, HTTP, SSL, FTP, SMTP,
RTSP, SIP, Diameter, and DNS.
5Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
5Strong learning aptitude.
5Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
5Contribute to technical documentation/knowledge base for internal and/or
external use.

5Implementation of call center applications.
5Experience Deploying of Unified Contact Center Enterprise (CCE)
5Implementation of Cisco Unified CCE v.8.0 Component Architecture
5BS/MS in a computer related field or equivalent work experience.
5Any of the advanced networking certifications is preferred (CCIE, CCNP,
JNCIE, or JNCIP).
