Required skills/years:
Exp in VMWare ESX server environment within the last 2 years in an ESXi 5.x
including deployment of advanced virtualization environments in a
high-availability and geographically distributed enterprise using
ESXiclusters and HA. FT,
DRS: 5
Experience in a an organization with at least 250 servers
Experience supporting a Microsoft Active Directory 2003 / 2008
R2environment including DNS,
DHCP, WINS: 7
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server
2008/2008 R2/2012 servers: 7
Strong documentation skills
*Highly desired:*
Experience in configuration and deployment of Cisco UCS servers
Experience with Design and implementation HP BL-class blade servers and
virtual connect technologies
Experience in configuration and deployment of VMWare View virtual desktop
systems
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or other relevant certifications
*Desired:*
Experience with Hyper-V Virtualization.
Experience managing an Infoblox DNS/ DHCP appliance
Experience with other Microsoft Technologies (System Center, SQL,
Sharepoint)
