Minimum 7 Years of PM Experience with PM programs across multiple clients
PMP Certification
Provide and deliver project management activities across a broad and
significant range of programs, and provide the support required to Program
Leadership and Steering Groups. The PM plays a vital role in the success of
the program by driving best practice business change through effective
governance, standards, assurance, tools and expertise.
Accountability includes:
* Developing the Project Plan
* Managing the Project Schedule
* Managing Stakeholders
* Facilitating Project Meetings
* Managing Issues & Risks (elevating as necessary)
* Managing the Project Budget
* Managing Dependencies and Conflicts
* Regular Reporting of Status
