*Title: Oracle BPM Consultant*
*Location: Memphis, TN*
*Term: 6-12+ months - possibility to work remotely after a 2 week onsite
orientation and then come onsite occasionally as needed. *
*Job Summary:*
Need an experienced Oracle BPM Architect for a long term contract
opportunity. Needs to be an architect level person who can guide the client
and can explain the current status, what issues/problems they have and how
to fix them (and is hands-on so that he/she can fix the problems). Need to
be an expert in Oracle BPM Suite and have hands-on JAVA development skills
to do Java API (customizations and integration work).
*Description:*
Design, develop, and deliver solution roadmap while providing guidance to
customer development resources for the following technologies/scenarios:
· Oracle BPM Methodology, lifecycle Architecture and the Oracle BPM
Suite
· Modeling a Process Using BPM Studio
· Using Additional BPMN Flow Objects, human task, service task
(Customizing Processes and Rules)
· Define data associations using data objects, Business Object and
expressions
· Running Simulations and how to use them
· Using Process Analytics
· Creating Real-Time Dashboards Using BAM
· Human Workflow editor and how / when to use it?
· Using BPEL
· Expose a BPMN process as a service, using external web services
· Send and receive messages of various types to/from another
process, sub process, or peer process
· Using Sub processes
· Catch an error message thrown from an external service and other
exceptional handling (activity, sub-process and process level)
· Types of events, timers, signals
· Types of errors and handling errors at all levels
· System and business events
· Send a message to a BPEL process from a BPMN process
· Use a Notification activity to send an email from a process
*Required Skills:*
· Hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions with
Oracle's BPM Suite including BPMN and BPEL
· Strong written and spoken communication skills
· Ability to lead and mentor more junior developers
