Able to drive task to completion, with minimal support.
Able to drive creation and execution of test cases from requirements and
design doc
*Technical Skills: *Experience in testing backend data driven applications,
good understanding of data migration through a system and ability to
validate data population within the database.
Strong mix of both ETL Concepts and Oracle. Datastageexperience is a
plus.
Strong Oracle experience, needs to be able to understand data movement and
have a strong understanding of SQL (interaction with database).
*Requirements:*Knowledge of data warehouse process and concepts
Knowledge of Data Specifications
*Recent experience: *Functional backend testing with strong ETL experience
Front end testing with backend validation experience
File Format testing
Client-Server environment experience
Working knowledge of Unix
Understanding of process scheduling (i.e. cron jobs)
Understanding of data migration from Front-End (input source) to Backend
(database, flat files, reports, transfer to business resource)
