*Position : TIBCO SOA Administrator*
*Location: Melville, NY*

*Job Description:*
*8+ years of Experience forL3 in TIBCO SOA Administration and Production
support*


   - Solid experience in installation and configuration of TIBCO instances
   and clusters in highly available and fault tolerant Virtualized environment
   - Strong skills in capacity planning and performance tuning of TIBCO SOA
   infrastructure
   - Experience in installation and configuration of a TIBCO SOA
   Environment and its supporting technologies
   - Strong experience with Scripting(Ant, Maven, Shell Script) for
   automation installation, configuration and deployment
   - Experience with interpreting Development Requirements and implementing
   Web Services standards and technologies (e.g., XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, .UDDI,
   etc.)
   - Experience creating SOA environment administration processes and
   controls to meet security and compliance audit requirements
   - Experience with developing best practices and cross-training on
   operational standards, processes, and procedures
   - Experience with Continuous Integration process
   - Knowledge on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Models
   - Change, Release, Incident, Problem management processes experience
   - Strong Knowledge of UNIX, Linux OS will be required
   - Ability to understand systems from all levels, from the big picture
   enterprise-level view to the low level technical view.
   - Demonstrated ability to systematically troubleshoot problems in
   complex systems and network environments
   - Solid understanding of network and system security principles and
   techniques
   - Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an
   environment that requires multitasking among multiple concurrent projects
   while also handling interrupts
   - Strong interpersonal skills and able to lead effectively and influence
   without authority
   - Experience leading technical projects, including planning,
   documentation, and implementation
   - Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications skills

   - Appreciate experience in management of Team and Operations
   - Should have the passion to Process adherence, process improvements and
   knowledge management
   - Should be able to understand business requirements, strategies and
   processes and understand the implication to system operations
   - Must be able to understand SLAs and drive to support them
   - Ability to work independently and within a team environment
   - Self-motivated, able to plan work effort and manage to the project
   schedule and priorities
   - Should be flexible, adaptable n available for support during
   non-standard hours
   - Willing to work in 24x7 shifts
