Title: Senior Data Warehouse BI Architect

Looking for a lot of SAP BO experience as well!
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
· Minimum of 7 plus years of experience with Business Intelligence data
architecture design for Data Warehouse / Datamart / Operational Data Store
· 5 plus years in Dimensional Modeling ( Kimball star schema) data
modeling is required
· Expertise using data modeling tools ( For eg: ERwin )
· In-depth knowledge of BI Application development full life cycle
· Hands on experience in developing and implementing
enterprise data architecture and complex data models for operational
and data warehouse applications
· In depth knowledge of Data Integration concepts, approaches, and
tools and the role of data architecture in successful implementation
of data integration strategy
· Experience in design and implementation of at least one of leading
Business Intelligence packages (e.x., SAP Business Objects ....)
· Knowledge of business intelligence best practice processes, tools,
standards and practices
· Strong analytical and conceptual design skills; strong
problem-solving skills
· Demonstrated experience and success in facilitation of reporting and
analytics business requirements would be desired
· Experience with Reporting , Analytics and Dashboard Design best
practices
· In depth knowledge of business processes and business information
models in a data warehousing context preferably in a SAP BW Environment is
a plus
EDUCATION:
· BS / BA in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or
Equivalent with 12 Years IT Experience or Master's Degree with 10 Years
plus experience in the IT Industry
OTHER KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
· Applies Knowledge in the field of Business Intelligence and Data
warehousing to resolve complex issues, to analyze of situations or data
which requires an evaluation of intangibles to define the solution
· Advises TEIS Enterprise Business Intelligence management and
customers on advanced technical issues and provides technical expertise within
the company in the areas of Business Intelligence , Analytics , Data
warehousing and Master Data Management
· Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; presents
technically complex concepts in a way to foster understanding and
acknowledgement of critical information
· Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require
a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovation
· Adapts and makes departures from traditional methods or approaches
to develop solutions by evaluating a balanced risk based approach to
support TEL business objectives
· Independently determines and pursues courses of action necessary
to obtain desired results
· Interacts and/or negotiates effectively with external and/or
internal customers at all levels
· Provides training and mentorship to other professional employees
· Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches
to critical assignments
· Responsible for adhering to budgets
· Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, with an
ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
· Must have excellent client-facing skills; solid teamwork and
interpersonal skills; strong ability to work independently when appropriate

5) Familiarity with Master Data Management Concepts
6) Familiarity with Data Governance Concepts
