Job Title: *QA LEAD *
Location: Florham Park, NJ
Duration: 6 +Months

*Required background:*
Extensive experience in leading complex projects and programs with division
or company wide scope.
Strong skills required in communications, leadership, presentations to
senior management, problem-solving, project management, team development
and organization.
A Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Science, or 5+ years related
work experience required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading team of QA Testers.
Minimum 5+ years of web, client server application testing experience.
Minimum of 2+ years of Rational Quality Manager
Must have the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes while
maintaining urgency in completing assigned tasks.
Ability to convert requirements documents (Business Requirements,
Functional Requirements and Technical Requirements) into test
strategies/plans, test scenarios and test cases, including appropriate SQL
scripts to execute testing cases.
Experience and ability to participate in test planning, coordination and
resource estimation for the project.
Prepare and manage test schedule, resources with project development
schedule
Should be able to coordinate with internal and external teams.
Propose testing best practices across clients/industry to strengthen
testing methodology
Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
Solid understanding of relational database concepts, SQL and procedural SQL
Will be responsible for explaining and validating test results to peers as
well as clients.
Must be able to question the work of others to ensure accuracy and be able
to defend theories and methodologies used to create individual results.
Strong executive presence and ability to interact with top executives
Solid time management skills with emphasis on multi-tasking.
*Preferred Skills/Experience*
Prior Health Care industry experience is a plus.
Understanding of concepts of Performance testing and Load Testing
Prior experience with Agile Projects is a plus.
Prior working experience of Rational Tools is a plus.
*Educational Requirements*
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
