*Responsibilities:*
*Services to be performed:*
Perform end to end project management and project planning for a workforce
transformational initiative, interface with other organizations, project &
program managers, various IT and technical SME's, and vendors to produce
executables, schedules and tasks.
Ø Maintain group deliverables list and track it.
Ø Provide periodic (weekly minimum) status reports for the manager &
clients.
Ø Run recurring status calls and keep the team on track for a successful
delivery
*Main Deliverables:*
Ø Work plans, recurring and Ad Hoc meeting invites and minutes, periodic
status reports as required
*Must Have's:*
Ø Minimum 2 years of work planning and tracking progress of deliverables
Ø Minimum 2 years' experience working with client teams to understand
client needs, recommend solutions, and coordinate with various teams to
implement strategies working with clients to achieve project objectives
Ø Experience working with and preparing communications for executives
Ø Proven ability to manage concurrent projects/programs
