*Position : Windows - Active Directory*
*Location : Washington DC*
*Duration : 12 Months plus.*
- Over all 7+ years’ experience in Windows-Active Directory domain.
- Windows 2000/2003/2008 Servers - commission, recovery, maintenance,
troubleshooting of OS and hardware issues, decommission etc.
- Configuring, validating, implementing and troubleshooting Windows
clusters (for both Win2003 and Win2008).
- Well versed with Cluster validation, builds, failover testing
exercises etc. Experience with DR for Clusters: Node, cluster, and site
recovery procedures
- Managing AD security, user rights, GPOs, role based security, local
account and security policy.
- Configuring, Managing, Restoring, and troubleshooting AD, system
state, and data backups
- Implementation, administration, upgradation and migration of Active
Directory, DNS, DHCP and WINS
- Servers management using remote tools (ILO/DRAC/OpenManage)
- MS Patches deployment using WSUS or Bigfix
- ITIL Processes - Change, Incident and Problem management
- Must have experience in creating and maintaining SOPs to run offshore
operations
- Experience in handling Escalated issues including coordination with
multiple teams and vendor
*Optional Skill requirement: *- MS Exchange 2010 - IIS - KMS
*Qualifications*
- Seven years minimum experience in the areas of Windows & Active
Directory required.
- Strong relationship building skills
*Desired Skills:*
MCSE, MCITP: Enterprise Administrator, MCTS for Exchange, MCITP for Exchange
