Duration: 6+months of Contract

*Required background:*
· Strong BA background creating Business Requirement Documents
· Must have Archer/Ariba experience
· Insurance/Financial services background a plus
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related experience
· Minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience
· Proficient with technology and MS Office
· Individual with integrity, energy, enthusiasm, strong
organization skills and attention to detail.
· Professional who is apolitical, business-focused and exercises
good judgment.
· Relationship management experience and a demonstrated ability to
influence without authority.
· Ability to interact professionally with diverse group, executes,
managers and subject matter experts is required
· Good listener who seeks input and involves others in his/her
communications.
· Resourceful and innovative with a demonstrated ability to get
things done.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills and detail oriented
· Strong working knowledge and deep experience with Microsoft
Office
· Self-starter who can complete tasks accurately with the ability
to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability
to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives,
managers, technical staff and subject matter experts
· Strong communication skills, including verbal and written
· Good people skills allowing for informal communication and
sharing and validation of ideas
· Prior vendor management, risk management experience with
multi-national financial services organization is preferred (e.g. insurance
company, bank, etc.)
