JAX-WS, SOAP, XML / XSD / XSLT;
Experience with Oracle, J2EE, EAI;
Experience with Oracle 10g & 11g;
Development experience with Windows and UNIX (Solaris);
Knowledge of SQL;
Experience with JBoss;
Experience working for governmental organization or for tolling industry
organization;
Certifications in J2EE/Java;
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, degree in Computer Sciences
(preferred).
