Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery. High proficiency in a computer software application or programming language specifically identified in the assignment requirements. JavaScript/ JSP, SQL, DB2, IMS, .Net, - C/ C++/ C#/ C/ITK (Teamcenter), Sterling Integrator, HTML/ Web Content Management/ CSS, Cobol/ JCL. *Education/Experience*: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 9-10 yearsY experience required. Provides project leadership, expert advice, and counsel to IT personnel, management, and project teams on most complex aspects of applications development methods as well as for purchased software solutions to be integrated with other systems.
