*$75/hr is what we are getting. So we can offer the consultant 65-68 ctc or
60-62 W2*
Client is seeking a seasoned manager with experience leading projects
within a Retail Transformation setting.
This role requires expertise in implementing Micros POS for Retail,
preferably for multi-format Retail clients and the ability to apply deep
understanding of the system's capabilities to business needs.
*Requirements:*
· Working knowledge of Retail POS (specifically Micros POS);
understands functional capabilities of Micros POS
· Demonstrated experience in implementing Micros POS in a retail
environment; Functional Lead does not have to been the technical person on
the project, he/she could have been on the project in a Business Analyst
role
· Ability to lead workshops to gather business requirements
· Ability to map business requirements to modular functionality and
understands the pros and cons of various configuration options and
customizing the standard Micros package
· Ability to drive the business towards the optimal decision(s)
regarding customization and implementation of MICROS, leveraging past
experiences to support recommendation(s)
· Working knowledge of Omni Channel requirements
· Working knowledge of Mobility requirements
