· Basically, they need an AIX Architect with some Linux /
Virtualization skills.
· The key here is they want an Architect, not an Administrator.
· They have to have significant Architecture experience.

· Working on Software(Admin, Install, Maintenance)
· Working on Hardware(Admin, Install, Architect, Maintenance)
· ProvidingTraining
· Working on General System Administration & Support
· Working on VIO Server
· Working on Performance Tuning Management
· Working on Project Management
· Working on Network
· Working on HMC Work
· Working on Documentation
· Working on Security
