*Title: SQL BI Developer* *Location: Seguin, TX* *Duration: 1+ year* *Required: * Strong functional knowledge in a fast paced engine manufacturing environment to include Engineering, Quality, Plant Maintenance, Manufacturing Execution and Operations; Strong technical skills to include SQL Development and Report Development/ Business Intelligence; ERP Experience to include implementation, configuration, and support. Plex ERP preferred; Ability to work with users at all level of the organization and communicate at a level of detail that is appropriate for the particular audience; Plex support to include: Ensuring the Plex system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements. Identify and record systems issues. Support administration of ERP security and permissions. Resolve users specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary. Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing Plex system capabilities. Assist in customization of Plex reports. Train end users. Test ERP changes; Experience managing a portfolio of projects and ensuring that requirements are meet through all phases of a project to include conception, planning and design, execution, control, and closing; Manage and facilitate internal and 3rd party resources (Plex) in order to meet specific business objectives; Experience conducting business analysis from both a systems perspective and a process improvement perspective: Work with users to Identify new business opportunities. Scope and define detailed business requirements. Prepare the business case. Conduct risk assessment.
