Under the direction of Quality Assurance Lead the Quality Assurance Analyst
is responsible for the development, creation, and execution of test cases
in an IBM Mainframe / HP ALM Environment.
QA, IBM Mainframes and healthcare domain exp is must
*Principal Accountabilities *
Tasks performed regularly that fulfill the basic function of the job:
· Analyst test strategies and test plans developed by the QA Lead
· Develop test cases in an HP ALM environment to support GHI systems
· Build and maintain a repository of test cases in HP ALM
· Facilitate test case data file creation for use during test case
execution
· Create / Provide necessary documentation for audit review
· Execute test cases, report defects found and attend triage
meetings
· Learn and utilize our testing competency center processes and
methodologies.
*REQUIRED*
· Health care insurance background
· PPO Claims are must
· Hospital and Medical Claims Expertise
· Strong Knowledge of Claims adjudication process.
· Prior experience testing mainframe applications
· Experience using HP ALM
*Preferred*
· Quality Assurance or user acceptance test experience
· Ability to analyze business requirements and develop test cases
· IBM / TSO Mainframe experience
*Education and Experience*
· Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline
· Minimum 5 years experience in a QA test role
