Root Cause Analysis for Windows OS, Cluster, Hardware, VMware, Citrix
Troubleshoot the issue and find the root cause Raise a Change Record, get
it approved and implement the fix
1. Monitor the fix applied and the issue to see if it resurfaced.
2. Preventative Actions: Once point 1 is applied PA needs to be monitored.
3. Overall health check for Wintel infra and Remediating issues on Server
platform - Windows 2000/Windows 2003/Windows 2008/Windows 2012 4. Patching
and working on venerability.
5. Resolving Performance issues on Server.
6. Analysis on # of incident tickets raised and finding root cause of it.
7. Write script to automate scheduled tasks and automate manual tasks.
