*Job Description*The software developer is primarily responsible for design
and implementation of various web based UI applications but may need to be
able to develop some back end systems. The developer is expected to build
a new web UI to replace legacy systems. Therefore he/she is responsible for
figuring out all functionality of the current UI systems via existing
documents and the current production systems. There may or may not be a
person who provides the requirements. The developer will work in a scrum
team whose members could be up to and including 9 software engineers.
He/She works very closely within and outside of his/her team in agile
development environment. The developer is expected to participate in all
scrum ceremonies – daily standup, grooming, planning, and retrospective
sessions.
