*Location: LA, CA* *Duration :1 year* *Job Description:* Business analyst with strong Supply chain background along with a strong Data Analytical background. *PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:* 40%: Analysis -Perform analysis on large amounts of data in Business Objects, Microsoft Business Intelligence and SAP -Training sales and supply chain on progressive data mining strategies, -Identify and research customer ordering behavior trends and changes. -Propose policy and pricing changes based on actual customer behavior. -Presenting data driven analytical solutions and recommendations t-all levels of leadership 30% : Special Projects/Pilot -Automation of Point of Sale via FTP and AS2 connections -Work with support teams t-facilitate proactive alerts through statistical software -Leveraging various database tools t-manage “big data” for different customers -Support broader supply chain improvement projects by providing detailed analyses related to payload, ordering patterns, and other impacts. 30%: Customer Facing Analyst -Recognized as a customer expert and support customer facing teams with insights around Price, Product, Promotion and Placement as well as operational efficiencies. o Identify and investigate root cause issues through comprehensive analysis on multiple data platforms -Update standard routines and reports where necessary t-ensure continuous improvement. -Work t-develop customized solutions for different customers *Qualifications * REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: -A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience, is required -Conceptual knowledge of information technologies and methodologies; specific knowledge with Sales and Supply Chain preferred Thanks& Regards, Davis Idexcel Technologies.
