Pega Developer
Bachelor's degree and 5+ year of programming experience; or 2 year of
programming experience and 6 years of experience in a professional work
environment
Experience with Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) support or development
Experience with IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD) for WebSphere is a
plus
Experience with Java Web Services and XML is a plus
Working knowledge of JAVA and J2EE technologies is preferred
Experience analyzing customer needs, designing new systems, and modifying
existing systems
Experience working with programming languages, platforms, and data
structures
Experience using workflow or business process tools is desired
Experience working in a Unix server environment a plus
Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing system failures is a plus
Experience in a position interpreting and communicating information, both
orally and written
Experience in a position requiring the ability to identify and solve
problems
Experience in a position requiring the ability to organize and prioritize
tasks
Experience in a position interacting with all levels of staff, both
internal and external
Network/Socket programming experience is a plus
Experience in Healthcare/Insurance industry preferred
