5 plus years of experience in large-scale enterprise environment with
support of web-based applications and high-traffic websites
* Experience with administration and deployment of HP SiteScope and HP BSM
(Business Service Management)
* Experience with administration and deployment of Nagios monitoring
solutions
* Networking knowledge (network devices, routing protocols, ports, subnets,
etc.)
* Operating Systems: Windows/Linux (administrator level preferred)
* Familiarity with PRTG and SolarWinds Network Monitor tools
* Ability to develop/author technical and support documentation
* Experience with database technologies such as Oracle and SQL Server
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with JAVA programming language
* Experience with WebLogic, WebSphere, or JMX
* Scripting experience (Perl, Python, shell)
