Kindly respond to this requirement with your consultant resume, contact and current location info to speed up the interview process.* *Title: Sr. SQL Server Developers With SSRS Exp * *Location : Midtown / New Hyde Park, NJ.* *Duration : 6 – 12 Months* * Responsibilities:* • Work closely with stakeholders from different business units to determine reporting and application requirements, perform analysis to create statement of work and provide time estimates • Design layout of SSRS reports and determine the best way to present data to end users • Develop SSRS reports and dashboards using Microsoft Reporting Services platform (SSRS), Microsoft SQL, MS Excel, pivot tables and other tools • Provide technical support for SSRS business applications. Assist with testing and quality assurance activities with data extracts, research and analysis • Prepare required documentation for system support and end users and provide end-user training for the reports and analytical solutions • Maintain an awareness and understanding of technological advances; provide continuous research and assessment of new resources and technology available. *Required Skills:* • Need *8 – 12 Years* of experience with Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, and Stored Procedures preferably in the insurance industry. • Understand concepts associated with premium accounting, insurance and insurance transaction analytics to support the underwriting and finance teams with various reporting and analytical needs • Highly desirable is experience with policy administration, billing, claims or financial data • The applicant must have strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision • Possess strong non-technical skills including, but not limited to, problem-solving, work prioritization, communication, self-direction, and time management. • Experience with core web development technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to respect others at all times and communicate appropriately with persons possessing a different level of technology aptitude and experience. • Knowledge of standards and best practices used in conjunction with developing reports and dashboards using SSRS.
