*Required background:*
Qualifications Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one
year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
At least10+ years of experience with CISCO/Nuance Contact Center platform.
Preferred
Well versed in multi-channel technologies and telephony platforms, with an
emphasis on holistic integration of these technologies with Cisco UCCE
platform.
Hands on experience configuring and integrating CTI Framework, ACD, AOD,
Routing, IVR/Voice Platform, Text to Speech, Speech Recognition, Dialer
Strategies, Dial Modes, Reporting, Email, Chat, and Quality Monitoring into
a Contact Center environment.
CTI-specific experience focused on the following skills: Telephony/CTI
Architectural solution planning, CTI Development (nice to have), Telephony
Implementation expertise and testing lifecycle management.
Experience with Cisco Data model and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to perform Complex problem isolation within the
telephony systems.
Experience with a disciplined development methodology and release
management process.
Exceptional client relationship skills working with enterprise level
customers.
Investigates, designs, documents, and effectively articulates system
enhancements to resolve Contact Center challenges.
Coordinates with Business Partners to determine business requirements,
process flows, functional specifications, and execution of Contact Center
Solutions.
Mastery ability to manage multiple deliverables in a highly energized and
fast-paced environment within a framework of constantly shifting deadlines
and deliverables, Mastery ability to perform in a collaborative team
environment
Maintains a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art voice
and network systems technologies, architectures, and products to develop
system solutions consistent with the business objectives.
Establish Technology Roadmap based on business objectives and assists in
the development and implementations of policies and procedures based on
industry best practices.
Manage and mitigate potential risk for scheduled, unscheduled impacts and
maintenance.
Tier-support role as part of overall Operations in the contact center in
conjunction with other support groups.
STACK: CISCO UCCE (ICM, CVP, CUBES, CUSP etc.), Verint recording, Aspect
Workforce management.

*Job Title: * *Genesys or Project Lead with CTI*

Location: El Segundo, CA
Duration: 6-12 Months

*Client : Direct TV*



*Required background:*
The talent’s skill profile will include the following
Experience in Genesys CTI applications, IVR, CRM integration, ACD
configurations and Reporting - Act as main point of Contact to provide
end-users support for CTI applications and integrations, including IVR,
CRM, ACD and reporting.
Knowledge/experience of Installation and Maintenance of Genesys CIM
software, including CIM and eservice components.
Should be capable of providing troubleshooting and support of Tier 3 CTI
issues.
Talent needs to have in-depth understanding of CTI in order to provide
detailed reports to management on system status on all platforms.
Knowledge and Experience in Contact center software upgrades for products
like Genesys, Cisco, Nice, etc.
Experience in CTI Load testing. (Assist with HP Load Runner Test script
development for CRM/CTI interaction. Assist with Avaya ACD configurations
and validation.
Documentation – Functional Specifications and Technical References.

Duration: 6 months (extension possible)

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one

At least  4 years of experience with SKILLS SET
Preferred
At least 4 years of experience in Genesys eServices
At least 3 years of String experience in Genesys Multimedia chat.
At least 1 years of experience in GMS
At least 4 years of experience in Java/J2EE
At least 2 years of experience in webservices.
At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on
development and maintenance projects.
At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Basic knowledge onContact Center domain and Genesys Product
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
