*Requirements:*

   - 3+ years of experience performing business process analysis.
   - 3+ years of customer support experience
   - 3+ years of Healthcare Billing experience.
   - 2 years of experience producing business and/or technical
   documentation related to the requirements, specifications, traceability
   matrices, design, process and data flow diagrams, data migration, data
   modeling testing, and training.
   - 1 year of demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to
   non-technical audiences.2 years of experience training and mentoring staff.
   - 2 years of experience translating business process requirements into
   technical requirements
   - 1 year experience of validating user requirements, providing written
   test plans, verifying product functionality and coordinating testing
   activities.
   - 2 years of experience testing web-based applications.


*Roles and Responsibilities:*

   - Provide End User support on a daily basis for practice management
   (Billing and Accounts/Receivables) functionality in the Health Management
   System (HMS).
   - Consult with subject matter experts on a daily basis to establish
   proficiency in the business processes;
   - Facilitate business requirements gathering sessions on a weekly basis;
   - Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with
   development teams and represent the interests of business stakeholders on a
   weekly basis;
   - Perform validation of documented business requirements against
   business processes on a daily basis;
   - Perform verification of developed software against business
   requirements and technical specifications on a daily basis;
   - Consult with IT staff, on a daily basis, to provide detailed
   information regarding software defects, functional requirements and design
   of application enhancements;
   - Perform User Acceptance Testing including documentation of test plans
   on a weekly basis.
   - Evaluate current system design through testing and end user feedback
   on a weekly basis to identify opportunities for improvement;
   - Prepare end user documentation on a monthly basis for training and
   assistance including release documentation, process flows, and help screens;
