Hands on experience in designing and executing performance test strategy and designing an application simulation model Experience working with complex application environments (i.e. combination of client, web, middleware, database, mainframe, third-parties, etc.) Experience in building monitoring and metrics gathering solutions Should be able to execute test, tune test cycles, analyze and suggesting remediation activities to performance problems Expertise in development and infrastructure components that assist them to provide services such as code reviews Should be able to set up and run profilers and investigate environment configurations In depth experience in resolving performance related bottlenecks and suggesting ideas to improve performance. Able to work independently at onsite and support offshore team. Able to Lead, Mentor and Support the team Able to provide estimates for the projects. Excellent understanding of testing concepts, testing methodologies and how test fits into the SDLC.
