Clients are going through the CRIMS [Charles River Investment Management
Solution] implementation for their pre-trade and post-trade regulatory
compliance validations.
Main role responsibilities: (provide overview of the role and duties
required)
Responsible for planning, estimating and implementing quality assurance
framework for the software testing lifecycle of Sapient or client-side
projects.
Innovate and integrate the quality assurance / testing lifecycle with the
overall software development lifecycle.
Define and articulate the different testing phases on a project to clients
and teams.
Use knowledge of manual / automation testing and defect tracking tools to
help in proper tool selection and set-up.
Drive the complete quality assurance engagement in a project, ensuring
quality assurance best practices are followed.
Create test cases based on client documentation, execute and report
defects, daily test status as well as overall testing status.

Create a Low Level Plan and oversee plans for team members, if applicable.
