*SAP CRM *
- 10+ years’ experience in SAP CRM and SD.
- Excellent communication skills
- Has exposure to CAS-SFA
- Has good exposure to level 2 support
- Retail domain knowledge and expertise
- SAP ECC SD experience strongly preferred, with experience in CRM-ECC
integration.
- SAP CRM Middleware configuration and maintenance experience strongly
preferred.
- Experience with mobile solutions strongly preferred.
- Create support documents including SOPs and application understanding
documents
*Travel:*
- The travel is within the Chicago land area, or max within IL.
- Attend business transition meetings with functional leads
- Knowledge transfer and coordination activities.
- Visit to client’s distribution centers to understand the function
operations.
