-Ownership for the quality and timeliness of all assigned tasks, ensuring
all code is unit tested and reviewed before moving to next step.
-Adherence to development processes (e.g., Coding Standards, Code Reviews,
Unit Testing, Development Process, Release Notes, etc.).
-Ownership for roadblock resolution. Seeing the problem and owning the
resolution.
-Assess potential downstream impact of roadblocks and communicate to Team.
-Participate in requirements gathering to provide technical input on system
options and solutions
