Network Voice L3(Mandatory)
Cisco Voice Networks (Mandatory)
As an L3 engineer, you are responsible for managing the Cisco voice network
end to and responsible for availability SLAs. You need to provide technical
support and leadership to the team at onsite and offshore.
Scripting knowledge for automating tasks will be additional advantage.
You will be the focal for Network Voice tower and interacting with
customer, so you should have customer management skills and driving CSI
initiatives for service improvements.
