- Participate in team of technical staff and with business leads to
determine systems requirements and functionalities needed in large/complex
development projects.
- Develop detailed design requirements for projects, and communicate to
Team Lead/development team in writing or in meetings as needed. Assess
detailed requirements against Stakeholder and Solutions Specification
analysis requirements
- Analyze online and batch mainframe code in support of application.
- Perform as needed various testing support, analysis and reporting
requests as Team Lead.
- Review coding done to advance application upgrade, extension, or other
development.
- Analyze application for data integrity issues.

- Be able to evaluate priorities and manage work to critical project
timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team motivator; work well in teams that will be globally
co-located.
- Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose
appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in high-pressure
environment
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing
priorities
- Ability to quickly prioritize issues/requests and be capable of
personally diving deep when required to deliver solutions within an
accelerated timeframe
- Works well under pressure and can resolve complex problems
- Added advantage of PAHM/ALMI certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep executive
staff and team members apprised of goals, project status, and resolve
issues and conflicts.
