Essential:
• Basic understanding of modern software design and development
methodologies
• Basic understanding of modern SCM (software configuration management).
• Basic understanding of testing tools and unit test scripting, and testing
methodologies.
• Experience using (or an understanding of the use of) an Integrated
Development Environment (e.g., Eclipse).
• Understanding of basic Database Administration.
• Understanding of quality and security standards.
Mandatory
• Java/JEE development skills
• Eclipse IDE or JBOSS Studio ,Struts
• Object-oriented analysis and design
• SQL Server
• JBoss Application Server
• Configuration Management Systems (CMS)
Optional Skills:
• Test Driven Development experience
• HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) /Quality Center.
• HP Exstream , SSRS
• Enterprise Service Bus
• Public Retirement Systems implementation / or Clarety framework solution
