Excellent Troubleshooting skills Plans, designs and implements networked systems, including configurations, and supports/troubleshoots network problems. · Have Experience in Riverbed , Internet Proxy Experience in Nexus Switches CISCO analysis and design in IP Telephony system administration, configuration and implementation. Daily maintenance of voice and network infrastructure to include LAN, MAN, WAN, WiFi, VOIP, Troubleshoot work orders for voice, data networks and related network infrastructure devices at all levels. · Review data monitoring and network utilization stats. · Consultative leadership abilities to identify the best solution for customers.
