*Job Title: - Senior SAP Specialist - Enterprise Systems Analysis & Integration* *Job Location: Irvine, CA (Need local who can come for F2F)* *6 months+* *Interview: in person after phone screen * *Job Description:* Senior SAP Specialist -Provides technical support and leadership on SAP systems. -Establishes standards and requirements; evaluates and directs enhancements; and implements solutions for performance monitoring and systems configuration, design and implementation. -Designs and develops SAP architecture requirements and specifications to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs. -Requires at least 7 years of experience. *Required:* • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. •* 5+ years of SAP Accounts payable hands-on experience with AP functionality (vendor master, bank master, invoice posting, payment processing, check printing and EFT payment files).* • Experience with workflow tool for* AP invoice management* for scanning, invoice approval routing and invoice posting is required • Deep hands-on experience of *end-to-end configuration of the AP module.* At least one complete life cycle implementation experience required. • Experience with integration of *AP module with FICO (GL, IO, FA), MM and SRM modules*. • Hands-on experience with *PO Invoice functionality (MM/SRM integration).* • Experience with setup and usage of *AP module for processing *of high volume of travel and expense invoices • Experience with set-up and resolution of issues relating to batch jobs, outgoing and incoming file transfer • Experience with translating business requirements into system requirements and configuration • Experience in writing Functional Specification document to articulate the functional and technical requirements to SME, Application Developer and QM for implementation of the functionality • Should be able to independently handle root cause analysis and provide solutions for complex incidents. • Familiar with incident resolution system to manage, resolve, and document users' technical challenges within the Accounts Payable landscape. • Work with users to gather requirements to understand the functionality to resolve user system issues. • Knowledge of end-to end AP functionality to prepare test scenarios and test data • Execute functional test scripts, support functional, QM and User Acceptance Testing to validate test results and resolve testing issues. • Knowledge of Finance and Accounts Payable business processes. Lead and implement improvement of business processes. • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to express information and ideas clearly. • Demonstrates aptitude in logical and analytical thinking, as well as displaying strong problem solving skills to resolve production issues.
