Prior experience in process roles and/or in the Service management domain is preferred. *Job Description:* Senior Business Analyst -Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining. -Designs, develops, implements and maintains business solutions. -Works directly with clients and project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements. -Requires at least 7 years of experience. *Technical Skills: Knowledge of Design Release and Change Processes No 4 - 6 Years * *Additional Skills:* *1) Process - Experience with process development and improvement* *2) Analysis: Ability to analyze data and identify patterns or trends* *3) Good communication and collaboration skills* Looking for someone that has trained in *Service Management Domain,* *incident/problem/change management processes *- and someone very analytical to be able to look at the data around these processes and make recommendations for improvement. 7-10 years of experience. *1. Service Management process knowledge* a. ITIL Foundation certification required. Intermediate certifications are a plus b. Experience with incident, problem, change, release, knowledge management process areas c. Experience assessing adoption of process through data and metrics *2. Analytical and continuous improvement skills* a. Experience analyzing patterns and trends using data + making recommendations b. Experience identifying continuous improvement opportunities within process areas c. Experience with development of Service management reports and scorecards d. Experience developing process training and communication (this is preferred, not required) *3. Communication skills* a. Strong verbal and written communication skills b. Collaborative c. Adaptable *4. Tools* a. Experience with industry standard *Service mgmt. tools e.g. Remedy, ServiceNow, Cherwell* b.
