*Must have good IT Security and great IPS experience (Intrusion Prevention

· Assist with IPS deployments and perform any necessary build
configurations
· Ensure deployed devices adhere to best practices
· Integrate feeds and features such as *net flow feeds, LDAP
connector, etc.*
· Ensure all devices are integrated into the appropriate management
system
· Actively monitor IPS health and design, document and deliver any
necessary health monitoring solutions (e.g. Integration with company
network monitoring solution; threshold email notifications, etc.)
· Develop, maintain and document life cycle support including
software upgrades, firmware upgrades and signature updates
· Develop, maintain and document *IPS backups*
· Ensure consistent alert flow to SIEM and company solutions
