Project management and software engineering process expertise focused on
agile/scrum execution.
Proven track record of executing highly technical projects. Understanding
of agile processes/metrics and processes.
Ability to present persuasively across communication settings.
Strong understanding of global business/functional areas.
Issue/Escalation Management, Good communication skills and ability to
manage client expectations.
Experience management - define experience goals for team, internal
stakeholders (AM, GM, Exec Sponsor), and customer; how often do internal
stakeholders need to be updated, RACI, customer’s expectations and team’s
limitations.
Manage large, complex development projects.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
May need an advanced knowledge of technology in one-area and moderate level
skills in multiple areas (e.g., J2EE, XML, .NET, C++, C, VB, SQL, Oracle).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated high level of accountability and personal responsibility.
