3. Use of Nutch to crawl is an added advantage but if a person knows
Solr s/he can pick this up.
4. Knowledge of web services
5. Good communication skills
6. Client management skills
7. Work in onsite and offshore model. Managing and Co-ordination with
offshore for deliverables
