• Experience in security aspects of multiple platforms, operating

• Understand networking protocols and infrastructure designs; including
routing, firewall functionality, host and network intrusion
detection/prevention systems, encryption, load balancing, and other network
protocols.
• Experience in administering and troubleshooting operating systems,
including Solaris, Linux, and Microsoft Windows Server is a plus.
• Ability to understand complex technical topics and specialized
information.
• Ability to quickly find a solution for to tactical CSFC operational
requirements and teams
• Ability to develop in Python, Perl, ASP, MySQL, JavaScript, and shell
scripts across a variety of environments.
• Actively engage in liaison activities with cyber threat industry
associations, peer financial institutions, and information sharing
communities.
• Attend regular conference calls with third party providers to review
cyber threat deliverables, quality, and suggest improvements.
• Work with vendors to get information on the usage and any guidance
necessary in regards any third party tools
• In depth experience in .NET and C#
• Expertise developing dynamic web pages (ASPX), windows services, and
applications (console and windows forms).
• Expertise in developing and consuming WEB Services ( REST and SOAP).
• Expertise in XML, JSON (and BSON) data formats.
• Expertise in integration with external system using different
technologies (Web Services, REST, Databases, etc).
• Thorough knowledge on VB Script, Java Script, Excel Services and MS
Access.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting operating systems,
including Solaris, Linux, and Microsoft Windows Server is a plus.
• Development of dashboards and reports
• In depth experience with Web services.
• Expertise in XML translations (XSLT).
• Experience writing Perl, Python, scripting, programming, or other
languages
• In depth experience with many platforms data feed manage to develop
normalization scripts per a multitude of diverse data sources
• Should be well versed in using the out of the box Archer, SharePoint
functionalities and ability to customize modules
• Understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure designs;
including routing, firewall functionality, host and network intrusion
detection/prevention systems, encryption, load balancing, and other network
protocols.
• Creation & setting-up of business user groups & roles for certain
entities
• Attend regular conference calls with third party providers to review
cyber threat deliverables, quality, and suggest improvements.
• Analyze new data sources and create/modify code
• Should be a good team player and work independently in pressure
situations.
• Ability to communicate technical effectively issues to technical and
non-technical business representatives.
• Demonstrated capability to learn and adapt to new situations &
requirements
• Self-driven desire to research current information security landscape.
• IT/IT security, preferably a 24x7 operational environment, or
educational equivalent is a plus.
• Understanding correlation, multivariate regression and all aspects of
massaging data together to look at it from different angles for use in
predictive and prescriptive modeling
