7+ years experience in developing technology solutions
4+ years experience in the delivery of business consulting and systems
development
3+ years of solution design experience with Force.com custom applications
Completed at least 2 full Force.com implementations that includes Data
integrations and 3rd party apps
Be a Salesforce.com Certified Developer
Financial Services experience preferred
Extraordinary customer facing skills -
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate
business processes across disparate systems
Agile Experience
