*Qualifications:*
The candidate for the above-captioned position should exhibit the following
requirements:-
- Perform extensive data analysis and develop data mapping and functional
solution design documents
- Works with business analysts / end users to capture document / forms
requirements and translating them to technical design
- Develop and support pixel perfect document / forms using Oracle BI
Publisher with XML supersets, services and database as data sources
- Work as an Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher specialist in Data
Architecture and Reporting team
- Design Oracle BI Publisher Data Models, Data sets and Templates / sub
templates which will be used by business in daily basis.
- Analyze data, XML supersets to develop XML, XSLT, SQL coding to create
Client Facing Documents through OBIP.
- Design complex RTF, PDF, Adobe Flex and Excel templates for Oracle BI
Publisher
- Develop BI Publisher real time reports using Oracle as a data source
- Design, develop, test and prepare detailed specification of new
requirements
- Supporting all technical issues related to OBIP in Integration,
Production environments.
- Testing, debugging and Performance Tuning applications prior to user
acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work with the development team on XML supersets optimization for a
flexible and scalable architecture to generate document / forms
- Provide user training including creation of training documentation.
- Other responsibilities as necessary
*Required Skills:*
- 5 years' experience in Oracle Technical Edge - OBIEE; DBI
- 3 years' experience in Oracle BI Publisher / Oracle XML Publisher
- 2 years' experience in Data Models for BI Publisher and Report Bursting
features for BIP reports
- 2 years' experience in Pixel perfect RTF templates
- 2 years' experience in XML and SQL
*Additional Comments - Nice to have qualifications:*
- Very strong BI Publisher report scripting skills
- Experience with implementation of multi-lingual translation of templates
- Hands on experience in RPD Design and Development
- Creating Dashboard, Analysis and Agents
- Good to have experience in Java.
